Colors and patterns may vary greatly from product to product due to the color and characteristics of the raw material cloth.
Since the type of cloth used as raw material affects the texture, the texture may vary greatly.
NUNOUS features standard colors, however, colors may vary slightly as we use non-standard materials that are available at the time. We ask our clients to verify the color at the time of ordering and provide prior approval of the actual products. We do not accept any returns based on color, pattern, and texture.
We also accept order requests for non-standard colors. We will suggest a color that is closest to your desired color from the non-standard products. We are able to reflect your corporate colors and theme colors.

The raw material for NUNOUS is nonstandard fabric with defects such as scratches and uneven dyeing. Therefore, the surface of the NUNOUS may have flaws such as scratches and uneven dyeing by substandard textiles, or thread fragments that were mixed during the reclaiming as NUNOUS.
Please understand that these are one of the features of the product.

STONE can be cut using woodworking tools and devices.
SKIN can be sewn or cut using tools for leather processing and devices.
Paint and resin can be applied over the product. Please test on the material in advance as painting will cause change in texture and color.
You can also print on the product. Please test on the material in advance to verify compatibility with the ink and equipment.
Though various types of glues can be used depending on the intended purposes, please be sure to apply firm pressure to guarantee adherence. When using an adhesion method, please test in advance to check the strength and quality of the adhesion that is used and also compatibility with the adhered material.

NUNOUS is manufactured by layering hundreds of fabrics and infusing them with a biopolymer. Due to the soft nature of fabric, NUNOUS becomes slightly undulated and warped even when layered flat.
Undulation and warping remain even after being pressure-molded, which appear as a pattern when cut horizontally.
No single patterns are the same.

The material that is infused through the layers of fabric is a non-edible component of sugar cane. The CO2 emissions are reduced by 70% during manufacturing compared to petroleum-based manufacturing.

Large remnants generated during the process of manufacturing are reused as a material for additional NUNOUS production.
Smaller pieces and sawdust are transformed into industrial solid fuel to reduce the amount of waste and fossil fuel usage.
